This program is designed for those who have complicated schedules which do not allow them to be consistent with a trainer. This program also benefits those who have time to go to the gym but do not know exactly what to do when they get there. You will schedule a consultation with Trainer Dee discussing your goals which will include an evaluation. Based on the evaluation, Trainer Dee will design a program for your entire body. You will repeat this program for two weeks and then return to receive a new routine.
