The Blue Print is planned out so You know exactly which muscle groups we will train each day of this 4 week program. This is a great time to get on a meal plan so that your body can fully benefit from the nutrients needed to reach your goals. After completion of THE BLUE PRINT you will know and understand the proper way to train your body to get effective results. We will use free weights, machines mixed with core and conditioning. Trust the Process from an experienced Competitors Coach, Pro Body Builder and his Certified Nutritionist.
Sessions are held at 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday and Saturday at 9am
