About Trainer Dee

I have over 20 years of experience as a professional bodybuilder, certified personal trainer, and lifestyle / health coach. I’m a mentor to other certified personal trainers, and show them how to maximize their career potential.
I train a wide variety of clients; from professional to collegiate athletes, youth, and senior citizens. I run my own boot camps and work with clients on an individual and in group settings.
I’m a firm believer of paying it forward. I devote many hours to supporting various community initiatives and industry functions. I organize an annual benefit run for Multiple Sclerosis. All proceeds are donated to the Mandell Center for Multiple Sclerosis. I also support CRUISERS (Children in wheelchairs who compete athletically) and the American Cancer Society. I volunteer a lot of my time to speak with incarcerated men about the importance of being present in their children’s lives as well as motivational speaking engagements at local high schools. I’ve participated in numerous health fairs and educational clinics, hosted weight loss challenges, and volunteered at area homeless shelters with my family.
