During this process you will experience strong cravings for the food that was once used as comfort food. On the flip side you will experience a decrease in your levels of stress while increasing your energy and improving your sleeping patterns. This is YOUR journey so do not try to persuade others to follow but stay a as consistent and they will slowly ask questions as they see your progress.
This program is designed to increase mobility, strength, conditioning, speed and vertical ability.
There is a nutritional aspect included for athletes who struggle with weight loss or muscle gain. Each athlete will be given a detailed meal plan based on their goals. This meal plan will be designed by my certified nutritionist Gerry Ruck.
Training will be Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays at 1 or 2 pm for 1 hour based on the athlete’s age and sport!
